Wht a frustrated day... jdk businesswoman mmg sgt mncbr.. although just a business topup...huhu..well...rutin utk jdk tokey topup ni kn.. after hbes je modal or topup laa an..kna tmbh modal ...so td saya pi laa tmbah modal kt maybank... tu pun pjm motor roomate’s fren.. so mmg setiap kali lps tmbh modal mmg akn rasa sgt teruja utk dpt first customer..huhu..

Dpt laa utk a while td customer yg nk topup..ok..yg nk frust bagai ni sbb......dlm pkul 6.45 pm mybe...ad sorg customer...actually, she’s a senior dtg blik nk mtk topup...huu...n what a coincidently, saya yg kununnye just taking a nap trus terjaga...act,my roommate yg kjut..huhu...hurm dgn muka pasai saya nie smbut ttmu..dah lah dr katil saya 2 saya cume tnya number phone dgn bpe ringgit nk topup...without any sense...!! iskkkk...mmg sgt low customer service...!! huuu...nth knape sy sgt ngantuk sbrnye...hurm....dlm hati ade juge terdetik...tp biarlh..

Lps amek duet n ckp yg mybe topup xxxx xde..dye mtk utk tpup RM xx... ok...sy pn dgn besemangt nk topup kn dgn nilai yg beliau nk...skali trus dpt  report yg topup nilai yg dye nk itu XDE...!! OMO! Ottukee????( wht should i do) huuuu....ni laa keadaan yg plg saya x suke...sbb customer mgkin akn hilng kpercayaan pd saya.... dh laa she’s look so eager to get the topup...then...what a sad...sy xdpt mmnuhi kemahuan pelanggn...n now...br sy tahu bile customer sedih...betape kurgnye value addition dlm bisnes sy...seyes! Look soooo a lil bit regret....but....why should i , right? Coz...sy xptt utk mnyesal...tp menganggp 2 as my opportunity 2 improve back my customer service....insya ALLAH after this...sy akn gunekn khidmat sy sbg a server utk melayan customer dgn baik....sbb pd sy  ‘customer always right..!’ huhu...smgt saya yg baru utk mjdi seorg businesswoman yg berjaya...tp...mesti sentiasa positif...bru life pn enjoy...kan3x..huhu...

p/s : moral of d story...bia penat mcm mne pun...promise to myself...akn treat customer dgn sebaik2nye...sbb bile customer service ok...bisnes pn lancar...huhu...itu BETUL!..ok laa got to go...nk mndi dlu...dh macamm nie...huhu...tata...assalam....;)
